Blog time 1050 at Panera

Turned the AC off before bed last night.  It was hot and humid when got up at 0630.  Turned on the AC.

Nancy headed to MVP this morning.  Good to see her back in her exercise routine.

After breakfast I got on the bike and took the hilly six mile route to the Y.  The Y was empty.  Calisthenics and walk before heading to Panera.

Despite all the complaints from patrons Panera was super cold.  They won’t turn the AC down.

As soon as I got home showered and then had lunch.

Comments;

Several men told me how great the President’s 4th program was.

The earthquake in Southern California dominated the news.  Missy said she felt it.  Her condo was shaking.

After lunch drove to Breton Village to purchase gift.

Nancy and AJ spent several hours swimming at Kathi Kothe’s pool.

Took a short nap.

We had dinner at Brann’s.  On a Friday night it is usually busy.  Not tonight.

Filled up Taurus.  Gas was $2.94.

Watched some Apple TV before turning in.  It was still hot and humid at bedtime so left the AC on.
