Blog time 1210 at Panera
Last night about 0200 Ms P had a seizure while sleeping. First time we have noted a sleeping seizure. Very unsettling.
Today is Breakfast Club Wednesday. Up with the 0515 alarm. Checked Ms P and she was fine.
Stopped at Panera on my way downtown. Today the Deputy Chief of Police spoke at BC. His talk was well received with many good questions.
Stopped at Y on way home. Light calisthenics and mile walk.
At home changed clothes and biked to Panera. Finished yesterday’s blog and read news. Turkey and impeachment dominates the news.
Got home at 1300. Nancy had already left for her shift at the Gardens. Lunch, took out trash and did a load of laundry before my nap. Finished the afternoon with a short walk.
Light dinner tonight. No cheese/cracker snack tonight. We were watching an Acorn show when we paused the show because of Nancy’s friend Kathi phone call. 40 minutes we resumed.
Nice full moon tonight. It is called a Hunter’s Moon. I know this because Google told me. Tomorrow will be our last nice day for awhile.
