Ms P is getting use to these cold mornings. She is in and out in 30 seconds. We should rename her speed P. This morning I walked to the MAC and when I finished I walked to Breton Village's Starbucks for coffee and to read this morning's papers. It was a beautiful winter's day. Plenty of sunshine and no wind made walking easy.

Nancy attended a lunch today with a vendor. When she got home we headed to the Apple Store in Woodland Mall. A nice young man attempted to show us how to load Nancy's address book into the itouch. When we got home we tried his method to no avail. We finally called the Apple service center and we were walked through the procedure for getting the address book on the itouch. It worked. Now Nancy can sit by the side of the pool in Hawaii and email all her friends in cold MI.

The DFP has periodically written stories about the proposed new Detroit River crossing. This bridge would be located several miles downstream from the existing Ambassador Bridge which is privately owned. The present Gov is for the new bridge but the new Gov has not really committed. An interesting lawsuit is making it through the courts regarding the newly built ramps to the Ambassador Bridge. MDOT wants the ramp torn down but the owner say forget it. Stay tuned.

I think the newspapers are taking a holiday breather. They appear very mellow. I attribute it to the season.

I keep thinking about writing Christmas cards but so far I have not written one. Maybe tomorrow! After dinner we watched the news, read the GRP and finished the evening watching NCIS. We headed upstairs at 2100.
