May Day. In some sections of the World the first of May has special significance. No mention in any papers I read today.
Blog time 1530 on Monday sitting in living room. Yes I am a day late.
Sunday morning, up at 0645. Drove to Biggby to get our Sunday coffee. Gloomy and cool with temps in 40s. Rain later today.
Breakfast and then a chance to read the funnies before heading to Trinity Lutheran. Good crowd at church. Trinity has a good mix of ages in its membership.
Nancy is driving Mary Namey on Thursday to a medical center for surgery. This morning we made a dry run.
Rest of days activities:
Stopped at Horrick’s and purchased grapes.
At Meijer’s we bought yogurt, cookies and more grapes. Filled the Escape up. Gas was $4 per gallon.
Left Meijer’s and realized we did not get eggs. Stopped at D&W and bought a dozen.
Took an eight mile bike ride.
Took a nap.
For dinner Nancy fixed scrambled eggs. I had mine with toast.
We watched a segment of 60 Minutes about Ukraine.
Tonight we watched an episode of “Grace and Frankie”. We gave it a B.
Both Debbie and Missy FaceTimed tonight. We gave a positive report.
It was raining when checked Courtyard before bed. Temp in 40s. My app says not rain tomorrow.
